Who is responsible

The data controller is JS Impacts Studio Limited, CRO company number 820366, registered at Hub17, Blackthorn, Dublin, D18 N6K8. Bidz is a trade name of JS Impacts Studio Limited. For privacy questions or requests, email hello@bidz.ie.

Enquiries

When you send an enquiry, we receive your name and email address and the details you choose to provide. Depending on the form, these may include your business name and type, business location, phone number, optional current website URL, selected service or website project type, optional budget and project details, and acknowledgement of this notice. A hidden anti-spam field is also checked. The form sends these details to our Replit-hosted server, which uses Resend to email our inbox. You can also contact us directly at hello@bidz.ie.

Do not include passwords, payment-card details or sensitive personal information. Providing enquiry details is voluntary. If you send an enquiry, we use it to respond, discuss a proposal or provide the service you request.

We use this information to take steps you request before a possible contract and, where relevant, to handle business correspondence in our legitimate interests.

Website hosting and email

Replit hosts this website and its enquiry server. Resend handles enquiry email delivery through Replit’s connector service. Bidz.ie’s mailbox is hosted by HostGator. These providers may process technical information such as IP addresses, timestamps and delivery status, and may retain messages, delivery records or backups under their own arrangements.

The application does not save enquiry contents in a database. For rate limiting and duplicate protection, it temporarily keeps one-way IP hashes and request fingerprints in server memory for a 15-minute protection window; expired entries are removed on subsequent submissions or when the server restarts.

Retention

We do not save unsuccessful enquiries. We keep correspondence only as needed to handle your enquiry, provide any agreed service and meet applicable legal obligations. Email and hosting providers may retain their own copies, backups or delivery records.

Cookies

This website uses Google Tag Manager to manage optional analytics and advertising tags. Those consent categories are denied by default, and the container loads only after you allow at least one optional category. Your choice is saved in local storage and can be changed on the Cookies page.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may ask to access, correct, erase or restrict your personal information, object to processing or request portability. Contact hello@bidz.ie. You may also complain to the Data Protection Commission in Ireland.

Marketing

An enquiry does not sign you up to marketing.
